After the sale, you receive an itemized accounting and your proceeds. We also help you sort out anything that didn’t sell.

Do I need to clean or organize before you arrive?
No. Please don’t. Leave the home as it is. Sorting and staging is part of what you hire us for, and items families assume are trash often sell. Let us look before anything goes in a dumpster.
What does an estate sale cost?
Nothing upfront. We work on commission, which means we get paid when your items sell. We explain our rate and answer your money questions at the free consultation, before you commit to anything.
How do you price our items?
We research each item against current market values, from everyday household goods to antiques, collectibles, and jewelry. Our commission depends on your items selling well, so fair pricing serves us both.
What happens to items that don’t sell?
Before the sale ends, we talk through your options: keeping items, donating them with receipts for your taxes, or arranging a cleanout. You decide, and we help carry it out.
How far in advance should I contact you?
As soon as you know your timeline. A typical sale takes a few weeks to prepare, and our calendar fills up. An early call costs you nothing and holds your spot.
When do I get paid?
After the sale closes, you receive your proceeds along with an itemized accounting of what sold. We go over the exact timing with you at the consultation.
